WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with lawn, patio, and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Sitting on the English Channel in Kent, in the south-east of England rests the picturesque town and bustling ferry port of Dover. Dating back to the stone age, retaining many of its historic landmarks, and enjoying the full beauty of the coastline, it is unsurprising that Dover is a highly popular holiday destination for eager beachgoers. The town enjoys connections to France via its ferry port, however, Dover itself has plenty for visitors to rave about, including the fascinating Dover Museum & Bronze Age Boat Gallery, the ancient site of Dover Castle, the Western Heights of Dover with its marvellous fortifications, along with the famed Medieval Tunnels, to name a few. A walker's haven, Dover also offers easy access to the winding trail along the dramatic White Cliffs of Dover, where the sights of the South Foreland Lighthouse, the Fan Bay Deep Shelter, and St Margaret's Beach can all be beheld. Dover is also home to a shingle beach that stretches along the entire strait, where visitors can soak up the impressive views of the coastal panorama on a stroll with a canine companion. Those looking for more entertainment can also tour the delightful Kearsney Abbey and Russell Gardens before finishing the day off in one of Dover's fantastic eateries near the bay, such as the Marine Court Table, Il Rustico Restaurant, and Aspendos Dover. For fun inland, make a beeline for Ashford, Maidstone or Canterbury, or check out the magnificent locations of Samphire Hoe, Folkestone, Margate, and Ramsgate, all of which can be found further along the coast.
