Holiday Rental Description

Tucked away in a peaceful suburb of East Didsbury, this semi-detached house is ideal for exploring Manchester – minus the city chaos. It's only a sixteen-minute drive to Central Manchester if you do fancy venturing in. If not, local shops, restaurants and bars are also all within walking distance. Inside, it's by no means a showstopper compared to some of our properties – and at full capacity, two guests will sleep on sofa beds in the living areas. However, there's a conservatory and garden to enjoy, and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are handy for anyone with mobility issues. Plus, it's suited to remote working, as there's a dedicated workspace and an additional desk in one of the bedrooms.

Home truths:
*The lead guest will need to complete an online check-in form and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the two small double sofa beds in the living areas – just let your host know in advance if you'll be using them, so they can provide bed linen.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space.
*Parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
