Two small steps from the kitchen area takes you up to where you will find two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a king size with views across the lake and access to the decked area. The property is completed with a shower room with shower and WC. French doors open from the lounge area out onto the decking with dining table, chairs and charcoal BBQ, perfect for toasting marshmallows whilst star gazing and wildlife spotting in the evening. A garden gate at the end of the front garden gives direct access to the local countryside footpaths. At the front of the property is parking for two cars. Guests are able to use the owners swimming pool (which is in the owners grounds) between mid May end September. Guests have access to the swimming pool from 10 12 each morning (except Sundays). All children (under 16) must be supervised. Striped swimming towels for use outside or for beach trips are provided. It may be possible to allow access to the pool at other times by arrangement.
