Hallwood consists of kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machines, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machines, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and seating for five people, a dining room with seating for ten people and two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, DVD players and woodburning stoves. The bedrooms include a king-size, double, twin, single, zip/link king-size, two ground-floor doubles one with an en-suite, along with three separate bathrooms. Outside, an enclosed garden with lawn, decking, furniture, plus access to fields and off-road parking. Four well-behaved dogs welcome, but no smoking. There is a shop in 4 miles and a pub in 3.2. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.Large charcoal/wood fired barbecue - please bring your own fuel. Note: On a working farm, please supervise pets at all times. Note: First-floor double bedroom sleeps one guests only.

Area
Hatherleigh is an ancient market town consisting of cob and thatch cottages situated in the heart of rural Devon. Hatherleigh lies in the Torridge Valley just seven miles from the edge of the Dartmoor National Park, and is a wonderful central location for the coast to coast long distance trail, which includes the popular Tarka Trail. The town itself offers a varied selection of interesting craft shops, country inns and cafes. Within driving distance are Okehampton Castle, the beautiful RHS Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington, and even to the dramatic surfing beaches around Bude. Hatherleigh’s central position makes it an ideal location from which to explore this area of Devon.
