The View is a delightful single storey bungalow is situated on the owner’s working farm in beautiful rural Devon, two miles from the bustling village of Hartland and can sleep four people in one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin room. There is a family shower room. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with sea views. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with decking outside and seating area complete with furniture for 4 guests.The View is a lovely rural retreat, ideal for families and couples looking to explore the coast and countryside of Devon.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x King size bed with en-suite P-shaped bath, shower over, basin and WC and veranda, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with electric fire.

Area
The village of Hartland provides visitors with a craft shop, good pubs and several places to eat. The village of Clovelly lies just 5 miles away and is renowned for its steep cobbled streets and 14th Century harbour. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude and Bideford are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
