On the same level is a sitting room with electric fire and dining area and a galley style kitchen. Outside is a sunny terraced garden with furniture and a barbecue. Two miles from the sea, Peonies is a handy base for an interesting Devon break.

A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see
