The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a utility with fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a king-size bedroom with TV, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a shared garden with fields, seating areas and fenced ponds, and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcomed at a charge of £25, but sorry, no smoking. For a romantic break to Devon, book Monks Cottage. Note: The cottage rests on the owner's grounds. Note: This property does not accept children, except babes-in-arms (please bring your own travel cot). Note: Please supervise dogs around the ponds. Area
Chagford is a picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon. The town has a wide range of shops, as well as four pubs, providing visitors with plenty of amenities. It also has a variety of active facilities such as public tennis court and a seasonal, open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure. Well-known for its culture, Chagford hosts film, literary and music festivals in the town as well as an annual running race, known as Two Hills Race.
