The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining seating for two, and a sitting area with Smart HD TV. There is a double bed and a shower room. Outside, there is a private decked area with furniture and a portable barbecue, as well as access to communal patio with furniture, and rest of the grounds with picnic and barbecue area, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 3.5 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Electricity runs on a meter at an additional cost. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Note: NOTE: There are fishing lakes and ponds on site, children will need to be supervised. Adventure awaits at The Roundhouse.

Dartmoor National Park is a magical place, a paradise with beautiful scenery perfect for hikers and cyclists. A short drive away, you'll find the charming towns of Launceston and Tavistock, each with its own unique character and plenty of attractions.
