Old Print House, a maisonette apartment has two bedrooms, a king-size with freestanding bath and a 4’ double, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Juliet balcony. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and a fridge/freezer, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is designated parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. You can find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Note: Guests will receive discounts at the café/bar/bistro below the apartment. Note: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Old Print House is a luxurious base for a trip to Derbyshire. Please note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen or similar parties.

The Derbyshire village of Stanley Common rests near the county city of Derby and within reach of the popular city of Nottingham. With a rich history of coalmining, the village is now a quaint spot, home to a bistro, a pub and a general shop. Stanley, within the same civil parish, is home to a good selection of pubs and eateries, while keeping with the charm of village life. Delightful and nature-filled areas within driving distance include Shipley Country Park, Kirk Hallam Lake & Meadows, Chaddesden Wood Local Nature Reserve, and Pioneer Meadows Nature Reserve. Further afield is the stunning Peak District National Park, home to inviting villages and towns which can be explored on foot or bike, including the market and spa town of Buxton. Heading into the city of Nottingham, shopping and dining is aplenty, along with fascinating attractions including The Robin Hood Experience and Green's Windmill and Science Centre.
