The Coach House Apartment, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer slimline dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, and an electric fire. The bedroom is a double. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC, and washer/dryer. Outside, there is ample off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.2 miles, river 1.3 miles. The Coach House Apartment is a wonderful escape to Derbyshire, whatever time of year. Note: Use of communal tennis court. Note: Steps up to property. Note: Sofa bed will allow the property to sleep three adults or two adults and two children maximum.

Rosliston is a quaint village settled into the countryside of Derbyshire. The village offers a local pub, The Bulls Head, and a tea rooms, as well as a convenience store for all of your holiday essentials. More amenities can be found at Swadincote, whilst local attractions include watersports at Barton Marina, tranquil walks at Stapenhill Gardens and Rosliston Forestry Centre, and guests can also try out a game or two at Branston Golf & Country Club. Twycross Zoo is an ideal day out for animal lovers, and guests can enjoy walks and birdwatching at Cannock Chase National Landscape. The village is close to Burton-on-Trent's train station, which can take guests directly into the bustling city of Birmingham, home to many bars, art galleries, museums, and the well-known Birmingham Christmas Markets. This village is also within reach of the incredible scenery of the Peak District National Park, where there are many stunning walks, mountain biking routes, and adventure sports opportunities. Places to visit here include Luds Church, The Roaches, Dovedale, and Three Shires Head.
