The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, there is a shop and pub. Pets and smoking are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Summerseat welcomes a family of six to explore the gorgeous countryside of Cumbria.

The old market town of Kirkby Stephen is located in the upper Eden Valley, between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, at the foot of the Howgill Fells. Kirkby Stephen is a charming rural town with a thriving local community and many traditional old houses. It has cobbled old yards, quaint corners, and a lovely picnic area where "Frank's Bridge" crosses the River Eden, while the old railway station is just a mile from the town.
