Wisteria View is an annex consisting of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with oven, hob, toaster, kettle, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with TV. Hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. There is a double bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a gravelled patio area and off-road parking for one car. EV charging available for a small fee. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking inside or directly outside the property. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, pub in 0.3 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Wisteria View is a lovely base for a Cambridgeshire escape. Note: Dogs must be kept to the ground floor of the property.

Area
Bedford is located in the heart of Bedfordshire and is one of England's smallest towns. Close to the popular tourist hotspots of Oxford and Cambridge, the town is only a short train journey from Central London. Bedford is renowned as having one of the finest riverside settings in the country, with excellent views over the river Ouse, from the restored Castle Mound; all that remains of Bedford's medieval castle. Today, Bedford has a wide selection of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines from around the world. In particular, Bedford is appreciated for its Italian community and the traditional family restaurants which have sprung up as a result of it. With over 20 golf courses in Bedfordshire along with some of the ancient medieval architecture of the town, this village draws many people from the surrounding area. The town of Kempston is adjacent to Bedford, with riverside walks, parks, play areas, a library and indoor bowling greens. The villages of Elstow, Renhold and Ravensden are also close by.

Bedfordshire is a delight to visit in any season: relax in its many pubs, restaurants and cafes whilst exploring the shops around the historic market place. If you want to get up, out and about, you couldn’t have picked a better county to explore.
