The holiday apartment is located in the historic old town. The access is extremely narrow, you can only unload for a short time and then have to park somewhere outside. The apartment is in a great location. Right on the sandy beach, bakery/shops and restaurants very close. The balcony facing the sea is very small. The larger balcony is right on the street, with no view. There are no tables/chairs. One toilet and the blinds in the parents' room were broken. Extremely noisy! Washing machine was moldy! Price/performance apartment too expensive!

Spacious and ideally located apartment at the foot of the central beach of l'Escala village. But very noisy, poorly insulated, without air conditioning, with minimal equipment. No air conditioning either. Very warm sea side room.

La ubicació és immillorable i el tracte per part de l'agència també molt bo. L'apartament fa pudor de cloaques, necessita renovar pintura i decoració, un dels lavabos necessita renovació urgent de les aixetes, no té rentaplats...

Accommodation is excellent for families and seniors. Beach just 1 minute from the ground floor apartment. There are plenty of restaurants & co. just around the corner. The beach is ideal (sand). Nearby there are ideal opportunities for snorkeling, with rich fauna and flora. As for the apartment, unfortunately only 4 points for the living room. Sofa uncomfortable to sleep on and no wifi. The hair dryer is also missing in the bathroom. OTHERWISE for the price, ALL PERFECT
