We absolutely loved the cottage. The view is stunning, the location allows for a relaxing break, and there's plenty of space for everyone. We traveled in May, which I highly recommend. The weather is pleasant, and the region isn't yet overrun by tourism. The pool, which is part of the complex, doesn't open until June, but you can easily swim in the sea at that time of year. The beaches are also almost deserted.

The house is about 3.5 km from the beach and about 4 km from the town center. At 200 meters above sea level, the path is not easy. The view is perfect. You can see the sea, the harbor and a lot of countryside. Overall very quiet (at least in the off-season). Good facilities. No WiFi, however, or only on request from the management (probably at extra cost?). Shaded areas available, good garden furniture. Mobile Internet not good. TV only: 10 French channels. Great terrace, good beds.

Fantastic view, great terrace, nice pool 50 m away. The house is on the mountain, a good 5 minutes by car to the beach. Fewer mosquitoes up there! Good patio furniture, furniture in the house rather mediocre.

Very pleasant house wonderfully located on the heights of Cavalaire with a splendid view of the city and the sea. The calm in the condominium is total. A little far from the beaches in summer certainly..

The view is splendid. Proximity to the swimming pool very practical. However, the house is in its 70s juice, it should be reviewed to make a larger sink in the kitchen, offer a barbecue, and put other deck chairs outside and review the 1970 orange sheet of the sofa. The awning cannot be completely unfolded because of the hedge which would have to be cut. As a result, we were in full sun until 6 p.m....we lacked shade. An extra umbrella would have been nice.
