The interior also includes an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Dexter is a contemporary apartment placed excellently for groups of four wishing to explore this fine part of Cornwall.

Area
An old market town in Cornwall, Penryn boasts historic architecture and a choice of restaurants, cafés and pubs along with a museum and the Enys Gardens. Popular Falmouth offers harbourside pubs and eateries, Blue Flag beaches and a town centre with a range of amenities. The city of Truro is also nearby and makes for a wonderful day trip.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome to be kept on a lead at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Private pub with a pool table directly opposite the cottages ,offering soft drinks or guests are invited to take their own alcohol across if they so wish. Farm shop 0.5 mile, shop 2 miles. Note: The washing machine is in an external communal area. Note: Fishing lake on-site, children should be supervised at all times.
