Dexter is a ground floor apartment in a converted farm building, near the Cornish town of Penryn. Its two zip/link bedrooms include a super king-size and a king-size, along with a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. The interior also includes an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Dexter is a contemporary apartment placed excellently for groups of four wishing to explore this fine part of Cornwall.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), 1 x king-size. Bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Open-plan living room with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area.

Area
An old market town in Cornwall, Penryn boasts historic architecture and a choice of restaurants, cafés and pubs along with a museum and the Enys Gardens. Popular Falmouth offers harbourside pubs and eateries, Blue Flag beaches and a town centre with a range of amenities. The city of Truro is also nearby and makes for a wonderful day trip.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Shared undercover area with table tennis and darts. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome to be kept on a lead at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Private pub with a pool table directly opposite the cottages ,offering soft drinks or guests are invited to take their own alcohol across if they so wish. Farm shop 0.5 mile, shop 2 miles. Note: The washing machine is in an external communal area. Note: Fishing lake on-site, children should be supervised at all times.
