A nice short vacation. Clean room, great location. Unfortunately, the dog playground could only be used to a limited extent because repairs had to be made.

Windows and window frames were really dirty, also the balcony there were still cobwebs from last fall. In addition, there was smoking in the apartment, which you could still smell.

Beautiful complex with apartments and detached holiday homes behind the dike. Sunset at the small lighthouse at Krabbenkutterhaven in Wremen is a must. Emigrant house in Bremerhaven a highlight.

Walls and ceilings need a makeover. Mold stains in the corners and apparently large areas of water in the bedroom sometimes need paint. The cleanliness of the floor tiles in the kitchen or bathroom needs to be improved. In the dishwasher still dishes from the previous guest under the seating in the living room leftovers from dog treats. Upon entering the apartment a musty smell as a welcome. PRICE/PERFORMANCE is just sufficient.

We spent a long weekend here. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, then this is the place for you. The park is on the outskirts and the sea is within walking distance. You can watch the sunset on the dike. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. We had a kettle, coffee maker and even an egg cooker in the apartment. Bremerhaven can be reached quickly by bike.

On arrival we unfortunately found a moldy filter with content in the coffee machine. The WiFi was very poor and kept dropping out. Unfortunately, you also get a lot from the neighbors.

Apartment is in good condition. Except in the kitchen allocation of pans for cooking and too few bowls one could not cook for 4 people. Only 2 sun loungers although the apartment is for 4 people.

You can reach all important sights within a short time. We especially liked the sunsets on the dike. Only the internet left a lot to be desired.

Apartment well equipped, quite noisy and wifi often doesn't work. The reception should be open on the day of departure. Otherwise it was an all-round nice stay.
