Everything threw clean and tidy. We immediately felt comfortable in the house. There was plenty of space for the children to play. When they got home, they immediately wanted to go back.

The house is in a good location and is well equipped for 6 people. We were there with daughter and granddaughter (1 year) for 5 days. It was a bit disturbing that the thermal bath in the bathroom was very loud and made loud popping noises.

We were from 31.10. - 04.11.2021 in your accommodation. Unfortunately, we were shocked to discover that your house was very old. (old furniture, old, very dusty and unpleasantly smelling sofa) No thorough cleaning under various pieces of furniture (beds, cupboards, table & corner seat) Our son even found leftover chips under his bed, in our opinion that is not possible!!!

We were very satisfied. Very good kitchen facilities and lots of space in the garden. Only the cleanliness in detail (under the couch, behind the cot, in the corners...) could have been a little better. Nevertheless, absolutely recommendable.

8 days in Kniepsand 6, 2 adults, 3 children, house with enough space, environment very well maintained. However, the furniture should be replaced and the cobwebs removed, especially on the upper floor. Likewise, an exchange of the refrigerator and the washing machine should be considered very promptly. House nice, suitable for 6 people. Location not highly touristy like Cuxhaven but adequate and quieter. Was also relatively clean. Except for the ant plague. Despite leaving nothing open and cleaning with vinegar cleaner, they kept coming back and crawling around pretty much everywhere. Also in the kitchen cupboards. The wifi connection is very bad. Wouldn't be so bad if your own network would work. Only D1 possible!!! Garden furniture very dirty. Therefore not used.

We had great days and would love to come back. The house was perfectly equipped, lots of crockery and "extras" so that you didn't have to wash up or connect the dishwasher after every meal. The house was clean, spacious and well furnished. For 6 people also perfectly okay. Shortcoming: very poor internet or WLAN reception :-( But we would still like to come back :-)

Everything was perfect! Except for the internet. Far too weak for 6 people. Again and again it didn't work at all. Entering new code words every day is annoying. The wash hand basin on the 1st floor was clogged. Otherwise everything was very good and clean.

Dear Sir or Madam, First of all, I would like to commend Ms. S. from the KH travel agency, who gave us very good advice and sent us a lot of interesting information, grade 1. Negative was the dirty toilet, especially the toilet brush and the basic cleanliness the high amount paid for the house. At the reception it was pure chaos and since we were traveling with a child, waiting for the key with 45 minutes and 2 registrations in the house was not acceptable.

Unfortunately, all three existing umbrellas were broken. There is no shower for people sleeping upstairs. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the quality and location of the house. We'd love to come back.

The accommodation and surroundings were good and we were able to relax very well. The only thing that was very annoying were the long-term parkers on the alternative areas on the access roads to the holiday homes.

Except for the somewhat outdated facility and the not so good cleanliness (floors), it was a nice and quiet getaway. The house is big enough for 6 people and a dog, well equipped and in a great location (WS 30). Unfortunately, our house had no WiFi, although this was stated. Not a broken leg, but still a shame.

The house was very nicely furnished and nothing was missing. We also really liked that there was a beach for dogs. In addition, dogs were welcome almost everywhere :-) When it was hot, there were water bowls everywhere.

Unfortunately, a garden grill is missing. A decent parasol should be provided for the terrace. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the apartment.
