The apartment was not cleaned and the beds an impertinence for vacation in a 3 star apartment (instead of slatted chipboard with holes). The balcony could no longer be used from the afternoon because the restaurant's kitchen exhaust air was discharged directly under the balcony.

Location close to the beach, near a bakery stand until 12.00, shop 700 m, roads. Delfin restaurant average. Cesarica Restaurant - avoid, monstrously expensive and bad, fish soup is water with 3 pieces of fish! Room as appropriate, but air conditioning only in 1 room. In the apartment, the ants enter through gaps near the floor, they have to be exterminated all the time. The facility was guarded by a very nice lady who speaks English well, but a big plus! Wifi does not work sometimes, not always hot water with a large number of guests!

The host is Ivana was very polite and kind. The countryside is lovely and fascinative. One note is important that the bedroom was awfully hot and it is missing an air conditioner. And another note is the fridge at the kitchen corner; it was very small and it hasn't got deep freeze department, and the WC board was not comfortable because it was not fixed on toilet bowl. In the living room the furniture condition was very interesting; the beds' wooden board were broken.That's all.

Living room: totally worn out and dirty sofas, window sill made of plasterboard broken in two places, window leaking, bedroom: window leaking, the balcony door opened automatically when it was windy, only a small wardrobe, mold stains Bathroom: toilet seat not fastened, insufficient hooks for towels, Bulbs broken Kitchen: cutlery insufficient, collected parts, no socket and lighting in the area of the sink front door: could not be locked

A very enjoyable stay in July 2018. The main advantage of this property is the beautiful views and the possibility of eating meals in the restaurant downstairs. Nice service and tasty food, but not too cheap in Croatia. A charming and quiet town. If someone expects peace during their holidays, this place is for him. Rooms and bathroom clean. The only drawback is the air conditioning, which is only in the room with a kitchenette and does not cool the bedroom well. Kitchen equipment quite good. There was even an electric kettle, which is not obvious in Croatia. The fridge is a bit too small, but that's just a detail. Overall, I recommend this property if someone does not have too high expectations.

Apartment very clean and large enough to live freely. Possibility to download additional towels from the public area. Very nice service, trouble-free communication despite our lack of knowledge of the language. After noticing a defect in the coffee machine, we received a new one without any problems. The big advantage is that the cost of using the air conditioner is included in the rental price. The balcony does not face the sea directly, but its buildings allow you to stay comfortably in the rain or local, sometimes strong wind. The building is situated very close to the beach. The town itself is sparsely populated, and the peace and quiet accompanying it made the stay there very relaxing and allows for quick regeneration.
