Great facilities, new house with high-quality furnishings. Fantastic location with a view of the sea, beach with bar just a few minutes' walk away. Hosts are superficially nice, but picky - there is a great fear that children might destroy something in the house and they always mention that you have to pay for anything that gets broken. It would be sensible to think about a minimum age when booking.
