Basically the apartment is good, functional and very very clean. Price performance is good. Pictures give a different impression than it is. There are two bathrooms advertised, in the expose you can only see the beautiful renovated garden and the second garden, which is not very old (but really clean) looks great in the pictures. In real but untidy, not really inviting for grilling etc. Adjacent property was a car recycling.

I would highly recommend. Big house, in a great location. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Beautiful view from the terrace.
