Both houses are getting on in years. Each house only has one air conditioning unit on the ground floor for the living room and kitchen, and unfortunately only one bedroom on the first floor has air conditioning. Two other bedrooms unfortunately do not. The windows do not have fly screens, so we unfortunately had to contend with a lot of mosquitoes. The patio furniture is also a problem. Of the 10 chairs, only 6 are actually usable. All in all, the holiday was still great.

We were in the house with two families. Unfortunately, a lot of things were broken and worn out. WiFi only works in one house. We were unlucky that the washing machine was broken when we arrived. A replacement was found after a week and then we had to carry it up and connect it ourselves. The location is great and you can get to everywhere easily. The Marea restaurant is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio just doesn't work.

If you are looking for practical accommodation for 2 families, you have found the right place here. Each unit has 3 bedrooms. The pool is very nice. What bothered us was the sparse equipment of cutlery, glasses and plates in the kitchen. We would have liked wine glasses for the local wine. Ongoing maintenance should also be carried out regularly. Our conclusion: basically great, but the complex also needs to be looked after…

We vacationed with 3 families (6 adults and 4 children) and the house was ideal for that. The pool is a good size and is cleaned regularly. The landlord was very friendly and gave us some tips on places to visit. Kornic is very well located, you can reach various beaches in a few minutes by car and shopping (KRK) is only an 8-minute drive away. You can also go shopping in a small shop in the village. For us it was a very nice holiday with great experiences.

Overall a great place to stay, however the kitchen facilities could do with some improvement. The pool was very clean, the landlords were very helpful even with minor problems outside of the accommodation.

Everything worked perfectly

Centrally located on the island of Krk. All places and beaches can be reached equally quickly by car. Away from the tourist noise. With a large pool for "desalting after a visit to the beach" and for relaxing. Lens leaves nothing to be desired, everything on site.

The location on the outskirts is great. The house, the furnishings, the pool are in very good condition. The landlords are very nice and take excellent care of all concerns. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks there. There are 2 very small restrictions: The equipment with crockery and cutlery is a bit tight. And there is only one closet in each house, which is tight for 5 people.

The complex consists of a total of 2 identical houses, a covered terrace in between, a large barbecue and a pool area. The houses are very well maintained and offer everything you need. Each house can accommodate 5 people, has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Perfect for a larger group. Only the pool would have to be cleaned every day, since a lot of insects accumulate in it very quickly. Otherwise everything great.

A beautiful holiday home with a fantastic swimming pool, a kitchen block in each house and fenced grounds. Ideal for large families or holiday groups of up to 10 people. The rooms are quite small but the beds are comfortable.

Thanks to the two houses, we were able to go on holiday together as a group, but we also had the opportunity to retreat. The place is small, tranquil and quiet. Perfect for switching off. Nevertheless everything important on site.
