Jadran (NIN122) Apartment 3 Nin, Dalmatia - Zadar

The owner was very friendly and immediately helpful. Our air conditioner was broken and was quickly repaired. The landlord has a restaurant nearby where you can eat very well.

We were here for 10 days with a six year old. A very big plus is the swimming pool. Quite large for home conditions, very well-kept. There are comfortable sunbeds around the pool (for an all inclusive hotel). Wifi works very well. The equipment of the apartment is not the newest, but it has everything you need. Air conditioning was poor during our stay, but at least no one wanted to pay for it. I recommend it mainly for families with young children. The village is small and quiet, close to the beach.

Although our trip ended sooner than planned, we took advantage of the charms of this place. The swimming pool is a great alternative for those who do not like salt water. A flat with a good layout and equipment.

Everything is there and in good condition. The layout of the apartments is very good, there are 2 balconies in 2 directions, so one of the balconies is always in the shade. When the water line went on strike, the landlady tried very hard to fix the problem immediately. We liked it very much and would book it again immediately.

The accommodation itself was fine, a few things were missing that were described. It should be better equipped

Apartment great, clean, everything in place, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, extra swimming pool. As in the description agrees, Beautiful area, close to everything, a few steps to the beach, wonderful view from the balcony. We can only recommend, and we will definitely come back

Unfortunately, the apartment appears to be quite shabby in places, the sofa has broken through in 2 places and is rock hard. There seems to have been water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, unfortunately it looks like there is mold there. There are 2 sockets in each of the bedrooms, 1 of which is taped over with adhesive tape and doesn't seem to be working. Since there is a private dog shelter nearby, you can hear dogs barking loudly in the back bedroom at night. The other bedroom faces the street and in the high season it is certainly very loud there as the terrace of the restaurant is directly below. A large part of the ones offered on the menu Dishes that are also provided with a price are not available (e.g. all pizzas) The landlady speaks German very well
