If you’re after total privacy, this spot near Šibenik is hard to beat. It’s set on a big plot, so the only other souls you’re likely to see are the horses wandering around. The beach is still just a five-minute drive away though, and there’s a restaurant close by if you don’t feel like cooking. The interiors are a bit of a mixed bag – open-plan and contemporary in layout, but some of the furnishings aren’t that inspiring. It doesn’t really matter though, because the outside space is where it's at. Plus, the towns of Vodice, Tisno, and Murter are nearby, and Šibenik and Krka National Park make for great day trips.
