We have been there for the second year and would go back anytime. The landlady is very helpful and fulfills every wish. Unfortunately, it is not good enough for a very good rating due to broken fly screens (complained about by other guests for over 5 years) and the air conditioning in the dining room (coolness does not reach the bedrooms). Nevertheless, an all-round lovely holiday experience

We had a wonderful holiday. The landlady is very helpful. We had to go to the hospital with our son and she came with us and sorted everything out. Without her we would have been lost. Thank you again. The property was great. The pool was cleaned every morning. The house has everything you need. The only disadvantage is the air conditioning. It is in the dining room so nothing gets to the bedrooms. But otherwise everything is perfect. We would be happy to come back.

The house is quite adequate for a family of 5. Sibenik is a great city. The location is ideal for visits to Sibenik, Krka and even Split or the Kornaki Islands. Very nice family experience.

Very nice accommodation, as in the pictures. All equipment available, lots of space. Very nice landlady who lives on the property with her dog 'Teddy'.

This is the second time we have been guests in the Marija apartment. The first visit was very nice, but this time it was surpassed. With the help of our hostess, we were not only able to perfectly relax, but even got to know Croatian food. Our hostess did everything to make your stay with her as stress-free as possible.

Spacious holiday home with a friendly landlady. Upon arrival, breakfast was already prepared and there was also a beer to go with it. The fridge actually needs to be replaced as it doesn't close properly and the mattress in bedroom #2 is a little too soft. There is 1 air conditioner in the dining room, but not so much of it in the bedrooms. Maybe they can upgrade - the summers are getting hotter... The pool is great and clean!

Holiday to feel good! Very nice well-kept accommodation with super nice and helpful landlady. A. is always there for you and helps where she can. Great pool that was cleaned every morning, also the terrace, barbecue, etc. A successful holiday, central location and we have already booked again for next year! The fridge should be replaced, it doesn't close properly, so it's always gone, and it uses up a lot of electricity. A fan in the third bedroom would be good.

The accommodation was in a quiet location, beautiful scenery. There are wonderful beaches nearby. The attraction of the Krka waterfalls can be reached quickly by car. The landlady is so nice and we got to know the culture. If we had any questions, the landlady was able to help us. I was in the house with my two teenage children and my parents and dog. The pool was cleaned daily and the house was clean too. I highly recommend it.
