Bedrooms

A double bedroom is found at the interior of the building allowing for a peaceful night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the 'Zone Pietonne', Nice's pedestrian area. The bedroom has a south east facing balcony looking out at the gorgeous blue skies that cover the Carre d'Or area. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom and the room is also Air Conditioned.

Bathrooms

This smart and stylish shower room has an enormous mirror and vanity cabinet as well as a spacious shower and toilet.

Living Area

The open plan living area has air conditioning and beautiful parquet flooring. There is a 28" Flat Screen TV with English News Channels and a DVD/CD player. The 2 seater sofabed is comfortable and there is also an easy chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is excellently equipped with a 4 ring electric hob and a combination oven/grill. The kitchen has an integrated fridge-freezer, as well as toaster, kettle and cafetière. The apartment is also equipped with an Iron and Ironing Board and hairdryer.

Dining Area

A homely and comfortable dining table can be found in the living area and has ample space for 2 people to enjoy dinner, lunch or a traditional French breakfast of Croissants and Pain au Chocolat.

Neighbourhood

The area of Carré d'Or is one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Nice and is in a wonderfully central location. The main shopping area of Jean Médecin and the pedestrian zone are right outside your door. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional, are on your doorstep and the Old Town is a few minutes walk away. The beach and promenade are a couple of minutes away by foot and public transport is excellent and within close proximity.

Public Transport

If arriving on the 98 airport bus, your closest bus stop is 'Congrès/Promenade' opposite hotel 'Palais de la Méditerranée' on Promenade des Anglais.
