The location was good, as was the service from Interhome. The apartment, however, was more than shabby, dirty and poorly equipped. The air conditioning was broken and the windows in the bedrooms were so sticky that they couldn't be opened. There were silverfish everywhere and mold in the shower. In the kitchen, only the glass was OK. The mattress was stained. I would rent an apartment in the building again, but definitely not this one.

The view was great, the furnishings adequate, BUT very superficially cleaned and neglected: only two of four spotlights in the bathroom were on, the bell didn't work, nor did the door opener, particularly annoying because there was only one key for 3 people. There were no blankets (in October!), the cupboards were full of games, boxes, vacuum cleaners, etc., but you couldn't hang anything. The towels ordered and paid for had to be urged and brought to the apartment

Super location, close to the tram and opposite the beach, in a good standing building. The balcony has a magnificent view of the entire bay, and the reception at the agency was perfect. However, the apartment deserves a serious renovation: electrical outlets coming out of the wall, very little cooking equipment, average cleanliness, windows and shutters that get stuck when you open/close them... Clearly not safe if you come with small children. .
