"La Perla", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen in the entrance (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC.

We had a wonderful time: smooth arrival and departure. Key handover at the nearby hotel. The apartment is large enough for three people and excellently located: the beach is right on the doorstep and a supermarket is 300 meters away. There are only a few minor flaws in the furnishings: the sofa bed isn't very comfortable or soft. A few kitchen/household utensils are missing: a large kitchen knife, cheese grater (Italian!?), and a broom. Perhaps bring a candle, as the light on the balcony is a bit dim.

++ Perfect location in Riva. Very quiet and beautiful complex. Comfortable beds. Friendly landlords. + Clean. Basic kitchen equipment, but no extras (wine glasses, salt/pepper). - No Wi-Fi (contrary to advertisement). Washing machine broken. The underside of the furniture was not cleaned.
