Beautiful house, spacious layout and beautiful bedrooms. Unfortunately the pool was not open. Furthermore, a beautiful location.

Beautiful renovated Tuscan style farmhouse. Super great big pool, but not warm anymore at the end of September, but still ok for die-hards. The showers are slow to deliver warm water and often only a trickle. Energy for electricity is really expensive, but everything is expensive these days. A little more large bowls would be desirable and a too small coffee machine. We had to drive about 5 km to go shopping. The little shop around the corner wasn't always enough.

The house looks fine at first sight. The catches come over time: light points that don't work, broken tiles at the pool, shower with no flow, and a very high inexplicable power consumption. We paid 500 euros in cash (not received a receipt!?) for the so-called power consumption. This was a big disappointment, because we had supposedly consumed 1300 KWh, which is practically impossible. We barely used the air conditioner. Check and follow the meter readings carefully!!!

Very nicely located pool and large covered terrace at the house. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Very big kitchen. Only the couch in the living area is too small.

Tuscany is always worth a trip. It has many historic cities to visit and the sea is also within easy reach. Above all, we were able to experience Tuscany very quietly and with few tourists. That's a big advantage in November. We recovered very well.

The house and the surrounding area are very generous. The interior is tasteful and the kitchen is very spacious. The furniture in the outdoor area and the sun loungers by the pool are no longer the newest. We also found the grill quite borderline and especially placed in the wrong place.

In addition to the great facility, we really enjoyed the fantastic cooking service provided by P. and his assistant M. You let us experience the holiday a whole lot more relaxed (Pietro's motto: Relax!). In addition, P. was very helpful in exceptional situations (obtaining medication for earaches, organizing a Covid test for the return journey, etc.). The best family vacation we have had so far.

Pretty well-appointed rental (lack of basic products, salt, pepper, etc.). P. is very welcoming and available. The meal offered was very good.

Very nice house, great for large families. A few improvements would be great, there is no large sun protection for the terrace and by the pool. Unfortunately, the mosquito screens on the bedroom windows that were shown in the description were not available and we had a lot of mosquitoes. The fence of the property is not complete, we had a visit from a very large dog in the morning. Caretaker ... is a piece of gold, very reliable and competent. His cooking skills are sensational.
