Description does not match the local conditions or is inadequate. Most serious drawback is almost no WiFi, no possibility for work, video conference or checking email....in this regard, on-site recommendation to use the terrace for WiFi, did not work and would not be an alternative at 35°/ noise and the tenants above us

Many positive points that allowed us to have a very pleasant holiday: - clean apartment, well laid out, well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchen except for a microwave, and fans in the bedrooms to compensate for the lack of air conditioning), and very quiet residence - excellent location for exploring all of Tuscany - fantastic swimming pool Please note: difficult internet connection and car access via a steep and very rutted path... but it's passable!
