The apartment is beautiful and has an amazing view. Unfortunately, it is no longer up-to-date that there is no free WiFi in the apartment. The parking spaces are only planned for small cars. Extremely narrow parking bays.

apartment conforms to the description. Cleaning done on arrival very correct. Magnificent view of the ocean. Average bedding. Lacks a few kitchen utensils. Attention bicycle lovers only 2 places per apartment in a bicycle store which is already very small.

We the second time in this apartment. What is positive, of course, is the view, the proximity to the beach and the lively city center. The apartment is sufficient for 4 people, also due to the two bathrooms. On the subject of the bathroom. Unfortunately, not much water comes out of the showers and the fittings are from the time it was built. You can feel the springs on the mattresses/beds. Balcony furniture impractical and uncomfortable. Fridge is no longer up to date, especially the freezer compartment.

Very nice rental but the wifi that you have to pay extra does not work very well. There should be a box for each person. Additional cost to be expected

Nice apartment, nice view. On the other hand, neglected cleaning, dirty cupboard and fridge handles, fridge not defrosted, a dirty tablecloth was loose on the table. In times of covid...! Terrace chair not comfortable.

The pillows are to be reviewed! The furniture on the balcony is neither practical nor very comfortable for sitting down and...we spend a lot of time there!!

Overall, the apartment is in good condition and as described. There is German TV via satellite. The associated parking lot is relatively narrow, like many parking spaces in the residence. With an SUV or large station wagon, it is difficult or impossible to park. Due to the bars in the area, it can be quite noisy at night. Bar with live music until after 2am. At the price of the apartment and today's standard, free WiFi or Internet access would be expected as standard.

Very suitable for 4 people, as there are two (!) bathrooms including a toilet. The kitchenette is adequate, if a bit cramped. Parking available, central location.
