The situation of the house is very good, ideal for going out with the family or going for a run in natural and flat environments. The spacious house to eat 10 people inside and outside on the porch. The fireplace is great for warmth. But the matches that were very wet and did not light. The only bad thing, a room that does not have a wall or a door, but is next to the first floor passage to go down the stairs. Kitchen utensils, plates, etc, to spare, very good.

The house is good to spend a few days on the beach, it has all kinds of kitchenware, comfortable mattresses and lots of light. Ideal to spend a few days.

The general condition of the house was good. The new kitchen with kitchen utensils and the new bathroom on the ground floor are great. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness. Our dog could let off steam to his heart's content in the large garden. The only downer was the background noise. Heavenly rest on some days; on other days construction noise, lawn mowers, open-air party at the neighbors at disco volume late into the night and the heavy traffic despite the dead end location. Probably this was due to the presence of a duck farm or breeding ?, frois gras? attributed to the nearby lake. There was no other explanation for the frequent back and forth of small delivery vans. Depending on the weather (westerly wind), Mimizan's stationery also drew attention to itself with its "scent". Thank goodness this rarely happened during our stay. In the house itself, we also smelled an unpleasant smell. The old wooden furniture had probably been treated with a chemical agent or painted. The new terrace area invites you to linger and have breakfast or chill out. Overall we spent a great holiday in this house.

We had a very good stay in this functional house. we appreciated the new terrace and its large shelter which allowed us to stay outside during the whole stay morning noon and evening! the little one took advantage of the large enclosed garden. however there is a small downside to this stay, the fact that the house which adjoins this rental is with entrance and common ground, we are really glued, we were lucky to have very understanding and friendly neighbors, but I think that we had to disturb them with our big family! it's not really mentioned in the ad. the house is functional and well equipped but the bedding needs to be reviewed, it is a pity that at the price of this rental the pillows are made of low-end synthetic pieces and that the mattresses are of very poor quality, it spoils the stay a bit all the same . an opinion which would like to be used to make evolve/move the house so that it is really super.

Mimizan-Plage can be reached quickly with your own vehicle. Good resort. Plenty of space available. 1 bedroom on the 1st floor is open, privacy is not guaranteed. Care service by Interhome very good. The beach (Plage-Süd) is recommended. Parking possibility directly at the beach (in contrast to Plage-Nord). Lots of shopping Mimizan-Plage. Inexpensive shopping at supermarket xxx (xxx and xxx are also quickly accessible). Mimizan-Bourg has a few bakeries which are open from 6am.
