The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dining area with seating for six guests, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove and a sun room. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a lawned garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cameron's Cottage is a delightful holiday home for friends and families alike to explore East Anglia.

Area
Swaffham is a market town in Norfolk with beautiful Georgian structures housing stores, taverns, and restaurants. There is a vibrant Saturday market there as well as a farmers' market twice a month. Swaffham is located on the edge of The Brecks, a rural region of agricultural, heathland, and forest environments. The Brecks is peppered with towns and villages to explore and is full of activities for walking, cycling, horseback riding, and more. Go Ape high wire adventure is available in Thetford Forest, and it's simple to take a journey to Norfolk's magnificent shoreline or Broads. Swaffham and Norfolk make a great year-round base for the entire family with National Trust estates, maritime, farming, and aviation museums, or zoos, nature preserves, and adventure parks to visit.

Cameron's Cottage was very much a home from home.. It had everything we could have thought of needing. The kitchen was really well equipped if you did wish to cater for yourself - even down to a slow cooker for those winter stews after a day out. The fire was a real bonus for a cosy night in, although the cottage itself was lovely and warm. The owners are really friendly and on site which was a bonus to find out about local sites. The cottage itself is well positioned for a short stroll to local shops and pub but also to see most Norfolk sites. Lovely waking up to rabbits in the front field. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a very chilled out New Year at this beautifully appointed and furnished cottage.. In particular the sun lounge was a lovely and peaceful place to relax. We were greeted by the owner who very kindly left us bread, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee and a bottle of fizz to celebrate the New Year - all much appreciated. Having Netflix to watch was an unexpected surprise too. Lots of lovely places to visit nearby.

This is a compact and cosy cottage which is well equipped.. The welcome pack was a great touch and Jane and her husband were really friendly and helpful. We had lovely weather so made good use of the sun room. The garden and terrace were very pretty but very open to next door’s garden. I would recommend this cottage as it’s comfortable and in a good location for touring Norfolk. It could, however, do with some updating, especially of the bathroom and double bedroom wardrobe.

We had a lovely week in Cameron Cottage, well equipped , very clean & cosy.. Lovely rooms to relax in after some hard walking through the Norfolk woods & Stiffkey marshes. Nice to overlook fields with sheep grazing away aswell , position had a nice open feel about it. Was met on arrival by Jane who showed us everything we needed to know . So all good. Week was over only too quick!!

Everything we needed in the cottage was supplied which is a first for us.. The location is perfect, a short walk to the shops and pubs or drive out to various places of interest, so much within an hours drive. Jane and Brod are really friendly and helpful.

Jane & Brod were fantastic hosts, Jane met us as soon as we arrived & explained everything about the cottage & where everything was.. The cottage was lovely & cosy with everything you could want or need for your entire stay plus more, including a welcome pack which included bread, milk, jam, butter & a bottle of wine, also she had supplied tea, coffee & sugar all of which we didn't expect. I would highly recommend this cottage & owners.
