Modern and spacious apartment near the beach and not too far from the center of Grau du Roi. A downside for the lack of air conditioning and some details (broken clothes horse for example).

Good location, 2nd floor, very quiet in October, good mattresses (medium hard), well equipped kitchen, door lock stuck - front door difficult to unlock, bathroom was poorly cleaned, the shower full of mold, the apartment has a moisture problem - with 3 days of rainy weather you can't air out the moisture, especially since there is no window/fan in the bathroom. Air conditioning could help there. Lower bedroom: no bedside tables/lamps. Upper bedroom: very narrow and only 2 bunk beds

There are a lot of equipment but few work properly or not at all. Important to know the room has no real window. On the other hand the location is really close to the beach

We have seldom come across such a beautifully furnished holiday apartment with a generous range of crockery and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The hob and oven worked perfectly. The bathroom offers a spacious and well-functioning shower and plenty of storage space. The only downside: the somewhat gloomy bedroom and the WIFI that was not included.

A new investment was made here and it was pleasant to live there. Unfortunately, the hallway was dirty with swallows' nests. It was cleaned regularly, but that didn't help much. The bird droppings were always there. You should think about how to solve this (e.g. attach a net so that you cannot nest there). It is certainly not good for the building fabric. Otherwise it was a very well-kept and quiet area.
