A rustic holiday home on various exciting floors with large rooms and attractive interiors, a large pool surrounded by a well-kept garden and very good service.

What a fantastic location!! Of course, it's just a 20-minute, sometimes quite steep, climb up the mountain. But what a view this house/villa has. About the val d'arno We were received very hospitably by the owner. We were 2 families. 4 adults and 3 children. What a space!! 4x double beds, a bunk bed and another separate bed. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was small but functional. Excellent gas stove, oven and dishwasher. Also a large refrigerator, which is plenty

Everything you need, quiet location, great house.

We felt great at home. The host is very nice and obliging.

Lovely big house, everything is there. The pool was lovely. Beds are a bit hard. Kindly received by key holder in a combination of English and Italian. It would be nice if there was WiFi in the house. Car is necessary for daily shopping.

The house is beautifully situated with a wonderful view. Very convenient, lots of space. Very well equipped for holiday needs. The biggest advantage is the huge terrace with a large table and 2 sofas and a large swimming pool. We spent a wonderful week there. I would highly recommend!!!

We had a great holiday in a very well maintained house. The pool is a great size and was pleasantly refreshing. There was also enough shade for the cars. Kitchen well equipped, washing machine and dishwasher also there. The water pressure in the kitchen leaves something to be desired, so the dishes in the machine were not always 100% clean right away. Otherwise, more umbrellas by the pool would be great. All in all a great vacation if you like it quiet.

Great place to stay. Me and my family where 2 weeks there and are very satisfied. House is big, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, contact on-site with person handing in the keys was very friendly. Baby bed was there, baby chair was there, also small bathtub for baby so we did not have to carry it with us. Amazing view and quiet place.

Everything was fine. Especially the peace and spaciousness.

absolutely above our expectations this villa was a very pleasant discovery. Located on a hill with a spectacular view and equipped with every comfort. The flagship: the beautiful pool with a view! It was a wonderful holiday, the owner very kind. We will definitely be back thanks!

We felt very comfortable. Wonderful quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean pool. The restaurant at the nearby campsite is highly recommended for eating. Good menu at reasonable prices... We really enjoyed our time here and can only recommend the beautiful house.

Great, very large house in a very quiet location in the middle of Tuscany. 4 double rooms, one of which has another bunk bed. Furnishings are okay, not super luxurious, but actually everything you need to cook and eat properly is there. Overall very rustic but in a nice way. The pictures correspond to reality, although it is almost a bit nicer on site. Our first week was very cold (up to 7° and constant rain), so we had to activate the pellet heating for 3 days. Additional costs for everything after 3 weeks ~200€. The other two weeks were much nicer and warmer, but always cool due to the high altitude, especially in the evening. The pool (cleaning every week) was still used. There are many high-quality loungers for the garden, which is very well maintained overall. The landlord... and the German contact person... are both very personable and helpful - you feel like you're in good hands. The house was also well suited for our son (10 1/2 months), many areas for crawling, most of them could be secured well;) The approach is very winding and every trip begins with it. :)

Very well equipped, all clean and well maintained, quiet location and excellent views; what more do you want; the house is a good starting point for excursions, but also for lazing around the pool; but it is not for night owls, as there are 8-10 km of steep serpentine roads to the surrounding towns; there is practically nothing within walking distance;
