Cadellura Arezzo, Tuscany

Super swimming pool, beautiful garden, functional house, with unfortunately far too many decorations and trinkets. Too cool when we arrived, given the rainy and cold weather. Too bad also for the dogs who woke us up at night with their barking. Excellent communication with the owner, very pleasant. Excellent value for money!

A friendly landlord awaited us. Although he only spoke Italian to a large extent, his empathetic nature enabled him to warmly welcome us. We got good restaurant recommendations and excursion tips. This, alternating with nice breakfasts in the garden pavilion and relaxing days by the pool, allowed us to spend a great holiday. Excursions were in addition to the beautiful Arezzo, including Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, Florence (easy to reach by train). Recommendation!

Most of the stay was spent outdoors in a particularly beautiful garden, terraces and well-maintained swimming pool. Plenty of opportunities to enjoy the summer in the shade.

A beautiful and well-kept complex, a tastefully furnished house and a large garden with pool. C., C. do the rest. and F. with A., who perfectly fulfill their duties as landlords in the nearby house. Lovable people, helpful, unobtrusive and always approachable. Aki, the loyal golden retriever, made sure that none of the food had to be thrown away. A feel-good zone in beautiful Tuscany.

An enchanting place

Pleasant holiday home with a friendly owner. House is dated interior. Garden is fantastic. Facilities good. WiFi very poor and only Italian TV.

Very nice and quiet location just outside of Arezzo, but still close to everything: shops and two restaurants. Cities worth seeing in Tuscany easily accessible. Great, well maintained pool. Very nice, helpful and not pushy hosts.

Very friendly welcome from the owners, rental where you feel at home, comfortable and relaxing. Only downside, mosquitoes like many places in Italy.

Fantastic family holiday home in a beautiful environment with a very nice garden and pool to stay in. Absolutely quiet. The owners family live on the same property and are just wonderful people who are very reserved but always there when you need them. You get great tips for excursions, etc. The dogs ... are just cute. Absolutely recommendable and we will be back next year. A big thank you to family...
