My husband stayed here for 6 nights this week and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The owners were friendly and helpful. The cottage was very very clean and had all the things needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge freezer and washing machine justed added to a great place. The views were stunning, watching the sheep every day was a bonus, A great place to stay in a lovely area.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful with everything we needed.. The only (very small) complaint on a personal level was that the bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked and we also wish we had taken our own duvet, but otherwise everything else was perfect. We are looking forward to going again next year!

Friendly owners and an extremely clean cottage.. We felt welcome, safe and the cottage was the perfect size for us, (2 adults and a teen). We loved sitting on the balcony watching the red kites circling above and it was so peacefully quiet you could hear the sheep chewing the grass! Easy to find and a good central location to get to S.Wales attractions and coast.

A very warm welcome from the owner, plus a lovely welcome pack.. The cottage was very clean and cosy, with everything catered for. The views were amazing over the countryside. It was situated in a remote area, but for us that was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

The cottage was lovely and very remote as in the listing, which we loved.. Surrounded by sheep and their lambs, in the field right outside the veranda, was a real treat and we even gave names to a few - they were such characters. The cottage owners, Pat and Alan, were very hospitable. We had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing break away from the concrete jungle in which we live. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We loved it so much, we didn't want to come home and we have already booked up to stay again later in the year.

Lovely location in an un-spoilt and "off the beaten track" part of the Brecons with fantastic walking and many castles.. The cottage is very well equipped and spacious and the view from the patio at the back of the cottage is awesome. The cottage is accessed down some pretty long and narrow roads and you do need to mind your head on the sloping ceilings in the bedrooms and bathroom! Highly recommended.

Lovely views for miles across the sheep fields, from the windows and secluded patio.. The cottage is spacious and modern. Narrow roads lead to it's quiet location, but there's no traffic, so no problem. Don't believe the satnav when it says you've arrived - cottage is a little further than that first farm. Plenty to do in the area. Plus Llandeilo, for groceries etc, (and with an easy train service to Swansea etc), is just 3 miles away.

The location of the cottage and the hospitality upon arrival and our subsequent departure was second to none.. The owners are very helpful when required. The views from the cottage are very good and it is highly recommended with good value for the accommodation. We will without doubt try and book a return visit in the future to absorb more of what the area as to offer to the visitors. I felt totally relaxed and rejuvenated from our short break.

If you are looking for a little piece of paradise you will find it here.. A perfect location, fantastic views and yet handy for all the nearby attractions. The photographs do not do justice to what is a superb cottage with the added advantage of a wonderful balcony, where you can sit and watch nature at its best and see the Red Kites visit on a daily basis. We have stayed in many cottages and we rank this as the best ever - in fact we liked it so much we could live here permanently ! You soon get used to the narrow country lanes - it really is a completely different world here where you can escape back to nature. Nearby places to visit - National Botanical Gardens, Dan Yr Ogof caves ,Brynamman Cinema- a delightful cinema built in the 1920s and luxuriously fitted out with latest films at absolute bargain prices,Myddfai,Mumbles and Lyric Theatre in Carmarthen. If you are looking for something a little different then book this cottage you will be amazed at this little gem

We spent a very enjoyable week in this well-situated, comfortable and well-equipped cottage. From an elevated position, it overlooks rolling countryside between Llandeilo and Brechfa. The cottage is furnished to a high standard, is surprisingly spacious, and feels very homely. The owners are very welcoming. The cottage is in a very rural location on a quiet single track road, but is only a short drive away from the small town of Llandeilo.
