Borgo della Limonaia Montecatini-Terme, Tuscany

We were there in April 2024. I liked the complex straight away because it is so typical of the area. And we got a Tuscan flair, with olive trees all around and a little off the beaten track. Unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy, next time I would prefer to go in late summer. The oven in our apartment didn't work and unfortunately I couldn't communicate with the landlord. So learning a few words of Italian wouldn't be a bad idea for next time. Ciao

Very pleasant week

The beautiful complex full of olive trees includes a total of four holiday apartments, a pool, table tennis, billiards, table football and numerous seating areas. It is extremely quiet in the hills between Pieve a Nievole and Montecatini Alto and offers a very wide view. There are parking spaces directly in front of the property; from there you walk between 30 and 50 m to the various holiday apartments. The apartment (Rosa Tea) is presented very accurately. Minus for wifi issues.

A great accommodation. The people are very relaxed and very friendly. If they didn't speak German/English, they immediately organized someone who could. It was great.

Borgo de la Limonaia is run with love. Our apartment was very tastefully furnished in Tuscan country style, the pool with the view over the olive grove was perfect. We took advantage of the offer several times and let ourselves be spoiled in the evening in the small restaurant on the estate with local dishes, homemade wine and olive oil.

Pretty apartment with lovely terrace space and lovely pool. Everything very clean and well-kept. Kitchen equipment a bit poor, but sufficient.
