Accommodation in a quiet location and a good starting point for exploring Tuscany. Landlady only speaks Italian.

A lovely place to stay! The owners were nice and helpful! You have little contact with the owners! A place to unwind and relax!

The holiday apartment is beautifully located in a quiet and central location in Tuscany. It is the perfect starting point for many day trips. Inside, the holiday apartment has a total of three rooms and two bathrooms, making it comfortable for several people. The outdoor area is spacious. Our children used the pool and we had a lot of fun with the farm's dogs. The landlady only speaks Italian, but is super friendly. A highly recommended holiday apartment.

Clean and nice, big place to stay. Location is beautiful, very near San Gimignano, but not practical to reach other regions in Toscana. We stayed during spring so not use swimming pool. The host lady was nice, but does not speak English. But not recommend in cold season, due to separate cost for gas/heating. We were not informed beforehand that spicery and hand soap is extra. You better check with the host beforehand.

Very nice rooms with a great view. Very nicely restored. The living room and kitchen are quite dark because there are no windows. The operation of the heating costs extra. Since the thermostats are old, they use a lot. The landlady only speaks Italian, which was a bit complicated.

The property has no WiFi!?

This apartment is located 5 km from San Gimignano in a farm surrounded by nature, right on the forest. Furnishing properly, clean where it should be clean, no WiFi. Swimming pool neat. Ideally located for walking, evening dining in San Gimignano, and day trips to a wide variety of Tuscan towns and places of interest. Owner very friendly and helpful, but only speaks Italian.

House surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the center of San Gimignano, excellent cleaning, two comfortable bedrooms (uncomfortable beds) each with its own bathroom, swimming pool for exclusive use, possibility of using barbecue and wood oven (paying for wood separately), equipped kitchen, large living room. The only negative note is the lack of hospitality and the lack of kindness of the owners of the house .. very important feature that allows guests to feel at "home" .. pity ..

The house is in a wonderful location, very close to San Gimignano, there are dogs, turtles, cats, etc. Unfortunately, the landlords speak neither English nor German, but are very nice. The apartment is well suited for 2 couples, the facility is practical. The pool is great for hot days.
