Towels were missing on arrival. Had to make several long phone calls. Phone calls were almost always in English. A problem with 7 people. No sink in the ground floor toilet. No key for bathroom/toilet. Steep stairs on the 2nd floor, railings only on one side. One-piece duvet for a double bed, very impractical.

The hygiene of the house leaves a lot to be desired. The kitchen in particular is not clean. The dishes are dirty and broken. The baby bed had a dirty mattress and not even a bed sheet. There was no response to three inquiries by phone and email. We could not let our child sleep in the baby bed and had to improvise. There was also no door on the upper floor. This should at least be mentioned in the description

The house is a good size, one more bathroom would have been good for five adults. The house is already showing signs of wear, but I would still book it again. I'm not that sensitive when I'm on vacation. I award a good grade of 3.

Pleasant and comfortable house, beautiful living space on the ground floor. The state of cleanliness of the floor on the ground floor when we arrived left something to be desired. To be improved: more mirrors, more coat racks...

no bedside lamp in the house. barbecue not allowed. Glass bubble advertised across the street but no longer the case. no sun loungers in the garden otherwise very pleasant and spacious house and impeccable interhome service.
