Photos must be over 10 years old. No wood burner. No Aga. The hot tub was not on the patio facing the view, it had been moved to the side of the property near the dustbins. We had no Wi-Fi when we arrived until day 5 and the owners told we had to speak to their internet provider to fix it , then they blamed us for ‘user error’ . Broken sun lounger. Pool table was scruffy and needed re-clothing. Post and rail fence needed repairing and dogs could get through easily. Grass had not been cut and when it was cut on day 5 , grass cuttings were left behind. Only one black bin bag of rubbish allowed per week or take it home . We received no compensation for the inaccurate and misleading description and out of date photos of the property.

We’ve been a group of 10 people and celebrate our orthodox Easter! The entire house marched well with all of us: -outdoor - the garden is wide and the view magical - the best place where to relax! Also we enjoyed the bbq! There is you and yourself, no noises or crowd! -hot tube had a temperature of 40 degrees which make us to spend time there -kitchen has everything to enable you to cook - if you want and an American fridge-freezer -dining room accommodate all of us enough table and chairs with an amazing view -living room it is very big and you can enjoy the electric fireplace or watch tv -game room we play snooker and darts and had a good laugh - rooms were big enough and beds comfortable. -bathrooms were 3 in total ( one en-suite, big bathroom and small shower room ) The house was clean and make you feel homely! We felt like “this is our house” which make us more comfortable and relaxed! We had a really good time and when came the time to go none of us wanted to leave this wonderful house! Shame because we did not expect to find what we found “ the magical house in the middle of the Wales”! If it will be to come back to Wales , 100% we will choose again for this location!

So many positives for this property, it is very spacious and even though we were an extended family of 10 we never felt on top of each other. The views are breathtaking and the outside area is brilliant for playing games and relaxing. Well equipped kitchen with large American fridge freezer and separate utility room with washer and dryer. Large conservatory games room with pool table and dart board. There were some negatives - the sofa in the lounge is well used and lumpy. The hot tub is in a very dark area of the garden with no lights over it so when we wanted to use it on an evening it was too dark. Quite a few bulbs out around the property including the kitchen. The negatives did not stop us having a lovely week away here. Lots of nice coastal places to explore near by. We went dolphin spotting in New Quay which was a treat. We loved the games room in an evening and relaxing on the patio. I would recommend this property and would return even with the niggles I mentioned.

Disappointed with the information that I was given as I specifically asked if there were any steps on the ground floor as my dad is unable to walk more that a few paces with a walking frame and uses a mobility scooter.. The dining table was on a different level to the kitchen by 2 steps and lounge by one large step down, We did manage with my brother and husband helping him but feel that this needs to be clear in the property details.
