The villa is as described, an extraordinary view and very functional accommodation 5 m' by car from the beaches. The owner is very responsive to requests.

It was simply wonderful, a fantastic holiday home with every amenity, superbly equipped! And such a lovely landlady. We wish her all the best for her health. And whenever possible, we'd love to come back. AF and partner

The house is in a nice, quiet and sheltered location. Everything is practical, clean and bright! The view from all the rooms is fantastic! We really enjoyed the week! Thank you very much!

Property well equipped in quiet residential area with stunning views. Car essential for getting around, road into Theoule for shops, restaurants and bars steep/long. There is a courtesy bus hourly 10am-7pm that you can flag down outside at 10 past the hour. Outside furniture not very comfortable for sitting for long periods and inside 2 seater couch & 1 chair would not be enough for six adults. Beautiful pool area very close to property which was we had mostly to ourselves.
