Bella Vista Saint Suliac, Brittany

Very quiet location, lovely garden with plenty of seating, great view of the water, friendly neighbours who you hardly see. There are 4 different seating areas on the top floor of the house, where you can spread out. It's great to have a toilet up here. All bedrooms are downstairs, but be careful: no duvets, just enough blankets, you'll still be cold! Underfloor heating! Mattresses were very good and had protective covers. The only negative: no WiFi!

Happy with our stay. Beautiful house and nice decor. Very large quiet garden although very close to the Rance. A haven of peace. We were greeted by a very pleasant person. Our little beagle really enjoyed the garden.

This year we were in the house for the 6th time. Compared to our last visit and those of previous years, the general condition was significantly worse. Dirty, unwashed dishes in the cabinets, numerous broken lamps (inside and outside), cobwebs on lamps, ceiling etc. Unkept appearance of floors... The water pressure in the small bathroom too low. The price-performance ratio no longer fits. Over time, the rental price increases and the quality decreases.

Beautiful, quiet house with an enchanted garden. Ideal for travelers with dogs. The cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, you should also like insects. The entrance to the courtyard is very sporty with a larger car... The house, although located almost in the middle of the village, is very quiet with a beautiful view of the Rance. Excursions can be made in abundance: Cancale, Mont St. Michel, St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Frehel, . . . .down at the harbor a nice restaurant.

The address wasn't quite accurate so we waited in the wrong place. When listing the phone numbers, it was confusing that the landline number belonged to the key holder and the mobile number to the house owner (which was not explicitly mentioned). So there was a misunderstanding when handing over the keys upon arrival, which meant that we waited too long in the wrong place.

The duvets didn't match the size of our bed linen was a ball every morning. The location of the house is fantastic and the house itself is very spacious and beautiful.

Very nice house with a lot of space and a lot of rest. We felt very comfortable - our dog too. Only the cleanliness left something to be desired. A curtain on the large patio door would be useful, as it gets very charged there by the sun. Towel hooks in the front bathroom would also be urgently needed. Otherwise everything great.
