It’s our third visit to the property and noticed thr tumble dryer has gone , thr freezer needs defrosting as it was covered in ice ..

Lovely flat.. Plenty of room. Comfy beds.. the lower floor is a bit challenging for people over 6ft. Low ceilings. The property was lovely great location. Could do with a bit of modernising ie dishwasher seal was broken and had to fix every day. Bathrooms tired and no blinds in main bathroom which is overlooked by neighbours.

A great location.. A big spacious house with plenty of bedrooms. When arrived at property heating wasn’t working - contacted owner who sent help within 10 mins. Heating worked for a short time but then stopped again, we had to bleed the radiators then it was fine. Hot tub rules- rules clearly stated we could sit in hot tub until 11pm, had a phone call from Sykes at 22:20 asking us to get out of the hot tub as she contacted the owner who said it was past the recommended time when it wasn’t. We felt after that we couldn’t relax and enjoy the time in the hot tub which is why we chose that specific property to chill in the hot tub.

Lovely house in excellent location ten steps from the beach.. Excellent place for walking, paddle boarding, kite surfing and swimming. This is our usual summer trip to Anglesey and we weren’t disappointed with a new venue.

We couldn't find a garden umbrella.. No garden lighting. Mattresses downstairs were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Hot tub seemed to be out of sync with the hours stated. WiFi only worked in front room. The garden itself was extremely untidy with huge rose bushes shedding and in desperate need of dead heading, other garden plants were in similar state. If we hadn't spent so much time away from the property, I would have been on the telephone to owner with this list and more! But we were in rhosneigr for a specific reason.

We had a large group staying in this place - 4 adults, 3 toddlers and 2 dogs.. The location is brilliant as it’s just 30 seconds away from the beach, plus it’s right near the fish and chip shop, a one stop shop and a pizza shop. As for the house it’s more of a ground floor and basement. The upstairs is a flat. On the ground floor there is the living room which is lovely and it has a large dining table. Next to that is the en suite bedroom and then next to that are three steps down into the kitchen. The kitchen is tired and wasn’t great for such a large group. There was a small under counter fridge and a dishwasher that really struggled to wash anything even though we rinsed everything first. The hob is electric and took a while to heat up and the oven had no markings on the knobs so you had to guess which setting you were on and which temperature. Off the kitchen is a corridor and this has two small kids bedrooms and a nice family bathroom, although the window handle on the bathroom needs replacing as it doesn’t shut properly. Back to the kitchen and there’s a door down to the basement. Down here are two bedrooms - one double and one kids room. There’s also a large family bathroom down here but only really able to use the bath for the kids as the loo says no number 2s! There’s a play room with a little sofa and tv and toys which is brilliant and a washing machine and small under counter freezer. There are double doors off the play room that open out onto steps up into the garden. Back to the kitchen and there’s a back door which opens up halfway down some steps! The steps going up leads to the flat (so they also have access to the garden so not great for kids and dogs) and then down the steps goes to the garden, which is paved. There is a hot tub which I only used once as it felt cold. I emailed the owner and apparently it was supposed to run at that temperature (37 degrees) so I just left it and didn’t use it again. Overall, Sykes the company are brilliant and had a really easy website and helpful staff on the end of the phone. As for this property, it was ok and the best thing was how near it was to the beach. A lot could be done to make this property amazing eg taking care of the tired kitchen, taking care of the furniture including the tired playroom sofa and fixing the window handle in the main bathroom.

Brilliant accommodation, comfortable beds.. Beach just a short walk away. We had some amazing meals in the little high street, all worth trying. Lovely warm house.

The heating was really difficult to use and was not on for our arrival in March.. The downstairs bathroom has lots of advisory notices - like only urination is allowed! The shower is extremely low with a low ceiling so if your taller than 5 ft 6 forget it. The downstairs bedrooms have no windows which is claustrophobic. The location is fantastic - it was great that it was dog friendly- the hot tub was a bonus.

It is always nice to arrive to a small welcome hamper so you can have a cup of tea and some toastbiscuitscake.. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here, but that said the accommodation was so wonderful it was only a minor complaint as shops were nearby. The hot tub is a lovely luxury and was welcome. The beach is literary seconds away and is a wonderful beach to boot, sand, shells and rock pools. Would definitely look to return in the future

A lovely weekend in a lovely house, plenty of room for all the family.. The house was lovely clean on arrival. Couldn’t work the heating but the guy came straight round and sorted it for us. A big thumbs up

We were 3 generations ,from 1 upwards, and the facilities suited all of us, from the playroom for the children to the hot tub for adults.. Appreciated the washing machine and electric drying rack !. Having the bedrooms in 3 separate areas worked really well, giving some private time too. The huge table in the bay window fitted all of us too, with lovely sea views; and being so close to the beach was fantastic. The island has such lovely places to visit, so we went to Sea Shanty in Trearddur for a special family celebration meal, and some had a Puffin Island boat trip, but otherwise we were quite happy playing on the beach. A lovely time spent in a lovely house. Thank you, Sara

The house is in transition from management by owner to a management company this will be very helpful.. The folder was complex to use, we struggled with the heating, fans, and were disapointed with the household equipment. On second day had to go and get bin bags! There was no equipment for hot tub despite 3 pages in brochure telling us all we had to do. After3 days when chlorine tablets ran out i rang the housekeepers and he got straight back to me telling me where they were. We left a detail list of our comments so i hope improvements are made. 7 of us went and it worked well for us, furniture needs abit of tlc. However that said good house, good location!

Amazing place to stay great location remote but within reach of a supermarket all in all we loved it the setup up is amazing and your never ever left alone in a crisis as we had a powercut and was able to contact adam straight away regarding any issues which in our case there was only a power cut which he was powerless to help but still nice to get a update from previous situations that have happened.. We are looking forward to booking again without a doubt thanks for a lovely stay sykes. p.s due to the size of the place the internet bt if possible could be upgraded to bt infinty as there was times when it lagged during playback on our amazon stick and my son playing his online games but this was not alot of the time but still something to consider kindest regards karl, family.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property and it once again didn't disappoint.. The property is very spacious and my 3 year old was extremely excited with the bean bags and children's area in the basement. The property is ideally situated so you can experience all that Rhosneigr has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

Family of six adults, three young children and a dog stayed for a week. Situated about 50 yards to a lovely long stretching beach, which is great for surfing. Plenty of room for all. We were met by friendly house manager. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there are two further separate bathrooms both equipped with a bath which has a shower over for the other four bedrooms. Kitchen with a good array of utensils. Large lounge with TV on wall. Wi Fi. Room for one car at rear but off street parking on front, does get busy during the day. Nice hot tub in rear to relax in after a long day. Some toys, puzzles and games in accommodation to entertain. iPod docking speaker. Couple of pubs, shops restaurants, good fish and chip shop and shops well within easy walking distance. All enjoyed the stay and would return.

March 2017
Very family friendly.. ...lots of things for the children to do in the house. There were toys and DVD's and even had it's own play room. Lots of space for everyone. The house was very near the beach and shops.... The house was very clean and had a lovely comfortable feel as soon as we arrived...lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. There was a shower room outside to use before getting into the hot tub. All the facilities we needed as a large family group which made our holiday perfect.!

The memory foam mattress in the master bedroom is awful and very uncomfortable and should be replaced

We had a lovely time on our holiday.. The only criticism would be the downstairs accommodation. The double bedroom unfortunately was not suitable for use due to the damp smell. Overall we really enjoyed our stay; the main rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was great and we used it most days!

We had a great family holiday in fantastic location. It was so nice to find somewhere big enough for nine of us which is also dog friendly. The house is plenty big enough and we all felt at home straight away. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and crockery; everything we needed. The garden is great and we loved the hot tub. We would definitely recommend to others. We had a wonderful holiday, we will definitely go back.

This lovely home is situated just 30 seconds walk from the beach, there is loads of space and a lovely private garden. The hot tub was a real bonus to come back to after either walking up Snowdon or playing in the sea. The house is nice and spacious, there were 7 of us there and never felt overcrowded in the house. The village is lovely with some nice eateries and a lovely beach. Loads to do nearby and we left feeling very refreshed after a week away. We had a slight issue a couple of days in but the owner jumped straight on it and dealt with it immediately so 5 stars from us. Well furnished, well equipped and in a fantastic location. All good, we plan to come back hopefully next year as we did not manage to do everything we wanted to nearby and will if at all possible rebook this property.
