I can't speak highly enough of Amanda. She is the hostess with the mostest. Nothing is too much trouble. The cottage is gorgeous. And sleeps 6 with 2 double rooms and a twin room with bunks. Loved the hot tub! But my most fave part of our stay was feeding and cuddling ollie the raccoon. And the lambs and chickens following me. They are adorable! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We can't wait to return Bexi and nick xxx

Just finishing a week at Dylans court & The Barn. We booked the 2 together for 8 adults and 2 kids.. Met on arrival by Andrea and Stuart called round later. Great people with a love for animals. Welsh cakes and wine along with some bread butter milk etc on arrival. Both houses disabled friendly and great for wheelchair use. Both Andrea and Stuart there if you need them but if not you can carry on your holiday in peace. The small holding has numerous breeds of owls along with a number of other animals... Some are roaming some not.. The animals are a passion of the family so you can interact and ask lots of questions or not totally your choice... We loved them and got to spend time with the owls and Raccoons. Please ignore any reviews on the subject of goats and dogs roaming around your cars or pets.. We had 4 dogs and 5 cars here for the week and the goats visited most mornings without touching a car and are very aware you have dogs and keep their distance. They are outstanding and so friendly.. The hottubs are fab! We have done a number of cottages and this is a first where you can top of the water yourself if needed (this is essential if you have booked a hottubs place before) and also checked and maintained and stayed perfect all week for us in both houses! The pictures don't do the place justice they have done lots of updates/upgrades and the places look fab! Will definitely be returning :) thank you for a great week

It was a fantastic accommodation and the hot tub was out of this world.. Beautiful location and ideal for dog owners. As it is enclosed by a solid wall and the garden/patio area is big and spacious. With seating and a bbq and an added bonus of a rotary pole, toddlers slide and seasaw. TV in every room, easy to adjust temperature and was lovely and warm. Very friendly and helpful owners whom were easy to talk too and very informative . We loved the owls and feeding the Raccoons. The welcome pack was such a lovely surprise and very generous too We will be back

I was dubious about a cottage holiday with the family and two dogs but was incredibly surprised by how it turned out.. Barn cottage is lovely and the hosts, Andrea and Stuart, were very friendly and helpful. The cottage is a little difficult to find but, once you get there, you realise how much thought has been put into it. It is very well equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and hot-tub and extremely peaceful. The variety of animals around are a bonus and it's great to open the door in the morning and see the goats and chickens trying to get in. We're already telling our friends about the place.

We had the best weeks holiday in this country ever, fabulous place to stay and the owners are so lovely making you feel very welcome.. Great base to go places and it’s in the countryside so lovely and relaxing and peaceful. Hot tub was maintained daily and always checking to make sure that we were ok. Highly recommend

Hot tub amazing- great quality- definitely a good selling point Host very friendly which makes this hard to write- 4 stars- I’d expect towels, hair drier, tea towel, leashing up cloth, hoover or dustpan n brush- non of these things were in the property.. The immediate outside courtyard was clean and tidy but the rest of the farm was very scruffy - We had a few technical problems with hot water so didn’t have any for the last day , whilst the hosts were great at trying to fix it they couldn’t- thankfully there was an electric shower so we could have warm showers. The host work on old caravans and temporary office huts which are on site and can be a bit noisy with banging and sawing at times - Maybe it was early in the season but the site needed a good tidy - Accommodation was clean and pleasant Hosts friendly and helpful Finally hot tub was definitely the selling point and amazing- it was huge with fab different jets xx

We had the most amazing time at Barn Cottages! Andrea and Stu have really made the cottage a special place for their guests! Waking up to the goats and donkeys was just wonderful! The hot tub was perfect and under shelter and even though we were 6 girls celebrating a birthday, not once was any noise complained about as Andrea and Stu want you to have the best time you can there. We will definitely be returning to Barn Cottages!!!

A fantastic holiday cottage with warm, friendly and welcoming owners.. All the animals really made this stay extra special too (horses, goats, owls, raccoons, meerkats, cat, dog, peacocks, chickens, donkeys, alpacas) plus we all loved warming up in the hot tub as we visited late October with our 2 boys aged 5 and 2 and our border collie. Thank you

Love Abercorran Farm Cottages, our fifth year here and I've already booked for next year. Well equiped cottage, amazing owners, stunning location, and as for animals..... There's Benj dog, Percy puss, Lulu donkey and the ever amzing Fred Owl, to name a few. Always have to spend time the night before we come home saying goodbye to them all. Loved the use of the hot tub, perfect to listening to the sounds of birds and my children giggling. Only downside to Barn Cotttage was leaving! As with every year I arrive with happy tears and depart with sad ones, knowning I'm going back.

Barn cottage was a brilliant place to be.. We really felt on holiday, very relaxing and plenty to look out on and watch different activities of the animals...they were a joy. My husband is in a wheelchair and everything was very accommodating for him.Our hosts Stuart and Andrea were brilliant, what a fantastic couple and would do anything for you....only fault was your directions to the property.....

We were delighted 5* all the way. The disabled access cottage offered everything; thus allowing freedom and ease of getting about to enjoying all the animals on the farm even the llamas; giving a true feeling of a relaxing holiday, with independence. The owner was a great help if you ever needed it.

Owner was very friendly & helpful. He even dropped us off at our wedding venue. Location is a bit out of the way, but that makes it lovely & secure. The views are lovely & there are many animals for the children to watch & pet. We liked the open-plan spacious cottage, although the doors could be changed as the ones off the bedroom were fire exit bars, which children could easily open. Although the surroundings are child-friendly, it is a working farm & so they would need to be supervised. Overal, it was lovely & we would definitely visit again.
