The property with pool, playground and horses is ideal for children. The apartment, however, was disappointing: dark, musty and worn. The bed was a disaster, saggy and caused back pain. The outside area of the apartment bordered directly on the communal area, so other guests used our garden furniture. Important for guests who are afraid of dogs: There is a large St. Bernard living on the property. I would not recommend our apartment.

Very nice landlord. Were very concerned about the well-being of the guests. Especially the children were greeted with joy and treated like family. Size of the apartment for two adults and two children (10+14) for two weeks borderline. In our opinion, maximum suitable for 2+1. Value for money for this region absolutely top.

By the description, ground floor, I rented the cottage. The landlords live on the property, and I assumed they had a house somewhere on the property. But they lived above my apartment and had to walk past all the time. Their dog also regularly ran around on the grass in front of my apartment. Their children almost played soccer in front of my tiny terrace. To go from the bedroom to the toilet you have to go down stairs. The floor is very irregular with protrusions. Little privacy.

Excellent place, you have to deal with insects in the house (after all you are in the countryside) In the description it is not mentioned but the road to reach the house is not asphalted and is full of gravel, treacherous for city cars and who has no driving skill. The location is good, the hosts are great. We booked through an agency but the cost would be more appropriate if lower than 20/25% It is a fairly central position to everything but always requires the car (at least 25min)

We spent a week in beautiful Tuscany and were able to enjoy the holiday accommodation. It was great. The peace and the great property. The landlords were super nice. We would come back anytime.

Very good treatment, good location, tranquility and good services

TV not working. Dark apartment and poor ventilation. With all the additional taxes and costs quite expensive. Was disappointing.

Beautiful and cozy accommodation in the middle of vines and olive groves with a nice view. Alice is an excellent host! Very difficult to find here, however, the GPS description could not be followed.

The cottage is as in the photos. We had a nice stay. The only pity was that afterwards (too) much had to be paid (wifi 20 euros per weather, and we have consumed 2 cubic meters of gas according to the house).
