"B410", 1-room apartment 33 m2 on 4th floor, west facing position. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette in the entrance (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave).

The reception in the interhome office was very friendly and courteous. Happy with the appartment, very clean and everything you need is there.

Apartment = modern+functional. Water drains badly in the shower. Extremely stuffy at +20°C, no draft possible. :-( There is no air conditioning or at least a fan. Since the window had to stay open all day to get fresh air, it was very loud (lawn mowers, renovation work, radios, permanent barking of dogs...) Fly screens would also be very helpful. None Privacy, neighbors on the balcony can look in, his cigarette smoke pulled in. They advertised a swimming pool - it was closed.

The apartment was very comfortable, nothing was missing and despite the many apartments in the house, it was nice and quiet. I will gladly come again!!
