It was agreed in advance by telephone that we could arrive earlier. The owner didn't know anything about it on site (not well agreed), but we were still able to go directly to the apartment. The strong smell of bacon was unpleasant, the beds were a bit saggy and the sheets were partly dirty. Otherwise a large apartment with enough space.

Landlord very nice. Great view. Accommodation well. Beds are worn out and bed linen is outdated. Carpeted shower (no bathroom). kitchen dirty. Cooking utensils dirty. Does not meet expectations.

The accommodation is not luxurious, but we didn't expect that either. Landlady was very friendly. Good parking in front of the house. Without a car, the accessibility is probably more difficult. Fantastic view. We liked it.

Very big and clean apartment, very friendly owner and very good price. Keys were handed over without any problems, we were even allowed to store our things there one afternoon after the check-out deadline. Very friendly and accommodating owner. We recommend. Only the 40-minute commute to the Mayrhofen ski area is a bit long, but not worth mentioning with good friends in the car. Would definitely go back here!
