View of Ahornspitze. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Agricultural estate "Nina". In the centre Uderns, 3 km from the centre of Fügen, 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, railway station "Uderns" 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Schlitters" 7 km. Mountain railway 3.2 km, gondola lift 4 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalbahn/Kaltenbach 4 km, Spieljochbahn/Fügen 3.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. On the estate animal husbandry. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

We spent a nice ski vacation in the comfortably furnished apartment. It is centrally located in Uderns, so you can walk to the bakery or restaurants.

Very clean and comfortably furnished apartment. The mountain views are a little obstructed, but you can still catch a glimpse here and there. All in all a very good apartment, only the washing machine was missing. There are connections for this, but the device is missing. Of course we complain at a high level, but at least it would have been beneficial to use the washing machine.

The apartment is very well equipped and modernly furnished. Only the very warm heating of the apartment from our point of view and perception would be a point of criticism for us. But that is - as I said - our personal feeling.

The apartment was very clean. There was nothing missing. Very correct friendly landlord. However, the description is: shower/toilet. Sep Toilet misleading on website as we assumed there were 2 toilets. We would have liked to have had two toilets. But there was only one toilet. Traffic on the A169 can be clearly heard. The sleeping comfort of the mattresses was excellent.

I find it particularly positive that the apartment has a separate entrance, it is very clean and tidy and in a nice neighborhood with a few older farmers. Unfortunately, the view of the mountains suffers a little from the balcony overlooking a small courtyard. The landlord is very nice and not pushy or supervising. We really enjoyed our 4 days in Uderns and can only recommend it

Since it was a farm, there were a lot of flies. It would not be bad to install insect screens. That's why we couldn't leave the windows open in the dining area during the day (probably more of a personal assessment). The apartment was beautiful. The landlords were very attentive and very nice.
