The house is situated in a small, quiet hamlet halfway up a mountainside. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains, and many birds fly by in the summer. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen/diner is a welcoming, central spot in the house. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding area. The hostess is friendly and helpful.

beautiful and complete living area with 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Friendly owners who also live there themselves. Ample parking; our motorcycles were even allowed to stay in the garage. Very satisfied with our 8-day stay in June 2024

Super friendly family, very clean accommodation, very quiet, great scenery. We can only recommend this accommodation. Small note -> A TV in the kitchen so that everyone can watch together would be fabulous. But of course it works without it too :-)

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Nothing was missing. The landlords are very nice and helpful and gave us good information and tips. Due to the good location of Pians we could easily reach several ski areas (See, Ischgl, St. Anton).

Nice holiday accommodation. Nice that the bedrooms have their own sitting area. Steep, narrow road to it. We are not very big so we fit well under the sloping part in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have a TV in the kitchen/living room. But we temporarily moved it from one of the bedrooms to the kitchen. In another bedroom, a very old TV didn't work anyway. Was supposed to be fixed, but didn't happen. Wi-Fi was bad. Mattress mediocre.

The apartment offers all you need to recharge your batteries after a intense skiing day. However, you are dependent on car to reach ski areas, 20km far from, restaurants or supermarkets.

It was a nice holiday for us It is a pleasant stay and a nice hostess who welcomed us with a homemade cake and snaps They are nice spacious rooms with each their own bathroom and seat Kitchen was fine a bit low ceiling on 1 side but for to do for us There were also 2 balconies with a beautiful view where you can relax on. An update may be done to the furniture and beds is a bit on the old side kitchen was fine would like to come back again

We were four adults and chose the three bedroom apartment. From the two balconies we enjoyed the wonderful view in the morning and in the evening. A dishwasher would be beneficial for a longer stay. Rinsing and preparing at the same time was rather difficult. A bit cramped for tall people due to the pitched roof. We found it very cheap to use the XXX. The bus stop is easily accessible on foot, about 12 minutes. We had very eventful days. :))

Located in Pians. There is not much to see here. You will have to move to other villages. No problem for us. Kitchen on the small side. Small table for breakfast for 5 persons. Spacious bedrooms. Bathroom is OK. Owner does not bother during the stay. All in all a place to come back.

good starting point to Ischgl and SFL, very good to St.Anton. A big plus for the bathrooms in each room. There is a lack of a drying room for ski boots, although there is space by the radiator in the corridor.

Nice and spacious apartment. 3rd floor is actually 2nd floor. Kitchen is on the small side and moderately stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and all also have a sitting area. 2 negatives: there is nothing to do in Pians (for us nice and quiet) and it would be useful to put in the info that the last part (200 meters) to the house is quite steep.
