The apartment was very dirty; we had to clean it before moving in. There was a lot of noise from both my son, who lives upstairs, and the neighbors. The housekeeper is a "novice" mentor; she constantly called me over to ask how the washing machine worked and tried to blame me for it not working, even though there was nothing wrong. She kept asking us the same questions and repeatedly asked us to fill out the guest card, even though we'd already done so.

Very nice landlady, but unfortunately she had not been informed about our stay by Interchalet. The apartment was not really cleaned and the bathroom was a construction site because the shower had to be replaced due to water damage. Showering was only possible in the bathtub, which was quite awkward. Mrs. Stainer still did her best to save our vacation!
